> harvest every 2 days for $2400 and 0 exp

> never wilts or goes bad

> free auto-plow and replant, you only have to harvest (though it takes 16 clicks to harvest)

Calves (Everything You Need to Know) Farmville

Calves
On December 12, 2009, the baby calf was introduced to FarmVille. These are very profitable animals.
Types of Calves
There are four types of calves. There's the Alien calf, the regular calf, the pink calf, and the brown calf.

How to Get Calves
When a user puts a bull in their dairy farm, there is a 50% chance that it will mate with another cow and make a calf when harvested. Note that there is a limit of 1 bull per dairy farm.

In this farm, either a regular calf, pink calf, or a brown calf can be produced.
If the user is lucky enough to get a baby calf, he/she can post it to their wall for friends to adopt.

The calf can be adopted by clicking on the picture of the calf or the "Adopt the _______ Calf!" post in the corner of the post. When a user has adopted a calf, no other users can adopt the same one. To place the calf on a farm, open the gift box, find the calf, and click use. Note that calfs cannot be placed in dairy farms.
Benefits
The calf takes one day to harvest for an incredible 80 coins and sells for a whopping 120 coins. It is the most profitable animal in the game, surpassing the recently released Golden Chicken. They will never grow up to be a cow or a bull.

Speed up tasks by Restricting your Farmer

If you block your farmer in at his start position, he cannot walk to the different jobs you assign him and therefore will start the jobs instantly. This saves a lot of time since every job is done back-to-back without having to wait for your farmer to walk.

With the introduction of Crop Fertilizer, this also enables your neighbors to fertilize your crops faster.

How to Synchronize Crop Harvesting

How to Synchronize Crop Harvesting in farmville.

In order to take a screenshot with all 33 standard crops ready for harvest I had to synchronize my planting so that everything was ready to harvest at the same time. This is not difficult to do, but does require some planning.
Window of Opportunity

Your window of opportunity is the period of time when all your crops are ready to be harvested. This is the period after your last crop is ready to be harvested and before your first crop begins to spoil. The maximum length of this window is determined by the amount of time it takes your fastest seed to grow. In the case of all seeds, this would be a maximum window length of 2 hours since Raspberries take 2 hours to grow.
Scheduling

Once you know the length of your window, the next thing to do is determine the time you'd like the window to fall on. This time period is key since it will determine the time periods when you can plant all of your seeds.

For me, to synchronize all seeds I chose my window to fall between 10am and 11am. This time period resulted in my earliest planting to occur at 6am (for 4 hour crops) and my latest planting to occur at 11pm (for 10/8/6 hour crops); both of which are times I am usually awake.

Here is the scheduling chart for all crops to be ready for harvest between 10am and 11am. You can shift the times in either direction if your window time is different.
Seed Grow Duration ↓ Planting ↓ Ready to Harvest ↓ Begins to Spoil ↓
4 Day Seeds 4 days before window @ 7am Window Day @ 3am 3 days after window @ 11pm
3 Day Seeds 3 days before window @ 7am Window Day @ 4am 3 days after window @ 1am
2 Day Seeds 2 days before window @ 7am Window Day @ 5am 2 days after window @ 3am
1 Day Seeds 1 day before window @ 7am Window Day @ 6am 1 day after window @ 5amm
16 Hour Seeds 1 day before window @ 7am 1 day before window @ 11pm Window Day @ 3pm
12 Hour Seeds 1 day before window @ 8pm Window Day @ 8am Window Day @ 8pm
10 Hour Seeds 1 day before window @ 11pm Window Day @ 9am Window Day @ 7pm
8 Hour Seeds 1 day before window @ 11pm Window Day @ 7am Window Day @ 3pm
6 Hour Seeds 1 day before window @ 11pm Window Day @ 5am Window Day @ 11am
4 Hour Seeds Window Day @ 6am Window Day @ 10am Window Day @ 2pm

Earn Crop Whisperer Faster on Farmville

Farmville Tip:

I have a easy way to visit farms who are not on your friends list..

To do it you need IE..
You have to add two links to your favorites that contain javascript..

Button 1:
it allows you to visit a "add me!" group on facebook and scan the page for userids and saves it to your clipboard.. Click the show more at the bottom of the page to get more ids.. visit several pages and get more ids... each time you click this button it will add it to the list..

Button 2:
Cycles thru this list one by one each time you click on it...

Anyone interested?

You still have to wait for the farm to load and click on the farm in 5 locations.. but you will beable to earn you Crop Whisperer ribbon faster..

Notes:
Sometimes the user id does not have a farm.. it will say "can not load farm" just hit the button and go to the next.

You can save your progress by openning notepad and pasting the clipboard to it...later just copy the data in notepad and you can resume where you left off...

if you change the ^^,#, to ^^,2, it will start the rotation over.. (do this after 24 hours)

when you hit the last id it will just error out..

IE7 will warn you that the code is using clipboard... you can just hit ok each time or disable it in internet options

Nice little Crops - profit schemes

Calculations is based on a daily rhythm, where sleep is a part of it - then there's the time harvesting, plowing and sowing that needs to be deducted too - so yes theoretically you can harvest Strawberries 6 times a day, since it's a four hour crop, but i like it when theory adds up with real life, and therefor i use 4 times harvest per day..

This is how you lock your Farmer in in Farmville

You have to use the hay bales/fences/etc. to fence in your farmer in the exact square he/she 'spawns' in, the place where they first load when you open up your farm. Blocking in your farmer anywhere else won't work, you'll have to walk them back into their trap to get them to stay there...

How to Get the Most Ribbons in FarmVille

It's pretty easy to earn a few ribbons in FarmVille. As you just go about your daily tasks, you'll wind up accomplishing at least some of the early ribbon-worthy tasks. You may notice when you do win one though, that the bonuses they pay out are pretty hefty. You can actually earn a lot of money and experience points quickly if you collect as many ribbons as you can. This is relatively easy to do, but you do have to put some effort into it if you want to get as much as you can out of your FarmVille experience.

Know What You Need

You won't be able to focus your energies on earning ribbons unless you know what you need to get them. You can find this information easily enough by clicking on the ribbon icon in the lower right hand corner of your screen. This will bring up a list of all of the possible ribbons and show you how you're progressing in each category.

Pick One

You do have limited resources, particularly when you're just starting out in FarmVille. Because of this, it's a good idea to focus on one type of ribbon at a time. Of course, it's likely that whatever you do to earn those ribbons will help you to earn some other ones as well, but you can focus on those when you get to them.

Which to Pick

Before you decide which set of ribbons to go after first, you should take a few moments to learn what each ribbon category is about. This way, you'll be able to get a good sense of which ribbons to go for first. For example, the Tree Hugger ribbons require that you harvest fruit from a particular number of unique trees, meaning that to get these, you'll have to have a variety of different types of trees on your farm.

The Knock on Wood ribbons can be earned by simply harvesting any type of tree a certain number of times. This means that if you focus on earning the Tree Hugger ribbons, you'll automatically be making progress towards the Knock on Wood ribbons as well. The converse is not necessarily true because you could get the Knock on Wood ribbon for harvesting from only one kind of tree.

Get Some Neighbors

Neighbors help you get ribbons both directly and indirectly. There are ribbons for just having a certain number of neighbors, how many times you help your neighbors out, and how many different types of gifts you receive. All of these categories are easier to progress in the more neighbors you have, so don't hesitate to hit up your friends and earn some ribbons that way too. Courtesy of Farmville Guide Book!

Guide on Making Money

Farmville Guide number one

before we start the guide the price per plot of land is 15 coins you’ll
Find out why I brong that up
First you got in formation about the crop in the market place

(All ways keep a eye on your coins)

example

Strawberries sell for 35 coins
Harvest in 4 hours
And you bought it for 10 coins
What you want to do is subtract 10 from 35 then 15 because the plot of land so when you harvest your only getting 10 coins per plot which isn't a lot of coins.

This guide only goes to level twenty three crops

Day one crops

Grapes 270-85-15= - 170
Peppers 162-70-15= - 77
Red tulips 159-75-15= - 69
Soybeans 63-30-15= - 33

Two day crops

Pineapples 242-95-15= - 132
Pink roses 254-120-15= - 119
Bell pepper 198-75-15= - 108
Squash 121-40-15= - 66
Daffodils 135-60-15= - 60

Cotton 207-75-15= - 117
Potatoes 345-135-15 = - 195

Four day crops

Artichokes 204-70-15= -119
Watermelon 348-130-15= -203

to level up fast, Strawberries are best!

1xp for plow and then 1xp to plant = 2 in 4 hours

1 day = 12xp
2 day = 24xp
3 day = 36xp
4 day = 48xp

So my 238 farming lot over 4 days = 11424xp

Farmville Quick Tips

Plow some plots for 1xp each, then plant soya beans for 15 each. this yields 2 xp each plot. Then delete the plot and do it again and again. this way you get 3xp for each 15 spent, if you include the plowing. I had 12000 and leveled up 3 levels in 1 hour last night.

Plant fast, easy crops. When you plow every 4 hours, you get XP for plowing and planting. I highly discourage raspberries, because they yeild no XP. Also, build up money and buy buildings. They yeild lots of XP and if you don't like them, you can sell them.

How to Make the Most Money in FarmVille!

FarmVille is a great place to go to escape the rigors of everyday life. You can get back to nature and enjoy the peace and tranquility that comes from working on the land. However, not everything in FarmVille is an escape from the ordinary. You still need money for just about everything you do. You have to buy the seeds to plant, and you'll even have to pay a small sum for each plot of land you plow.

These costs are easily managed of course because you're harvesting and selling your crops for more than it cost to plant them. There are a lot of other items you can buy in the FarmVille market to decorate and build up your farm, and you won't be able to get these without some significant sums of cash. Buying these items will also get you some much needed experience points to help you advance to the next level, so you'll have to find a way to make sure you have enough money for all the discretionary items you want to buy.

Earnings Per Hour

Because you'll be needing your coins for so much in FarmVille, you need to maximize the earning potential of your farm. The best way to do this is to figure out which crops pay out the most coins per hour. For example, strawberries sell for 35 coins per plot of land harvested and they take 4 hours to grow. Pumpkins, on the other hand, take 8 hours to grow and sell for 68 coins per plot of land harvested.

That means, for the same acreage planted, you'll earn 8.75 coins per hour by planting strawberries, while the pumpkins will only get you 8.5 coins per hour. This may seem like a small difference, but these small amounts can add up fast. Of course, you won't be getting your money's worth unless you can harvest the crops as soon as they're ready and immediately replant on that land.

A Quick Turnaround

If you're not going to be able to get back to your farm for 8 hours, you're much better off planting the pumpkins. The longer you leave a crop after it's done maturing, the less you'll be getting per hour once you harvest it. You can only make money fast on crops that mature quickly if you're going to be able to harvest and replant as soon as they're ready for sale. Make sure you take these details into consideration when you're selecting your seeds at the Market, and you'll be seeing your bank account swelling in no time.

Farmville Tip

Farmville little tip:
Buy dairy farms, each hold 20 cows, which brings you 300 coin a day with no plow, seed or harvesting...sell the horses they take up too much room and are not as profitable.

Do You Really Need a Guide For FarmVille?

I consider myself to be relatively well educated in the latest generation of social networking site games like Mafia Wars, Vampire Wars, and such. That's why when I started to see these FarmVille guides popping up all over the place I was kind of surprised. I mean, I can see why people might need some tips to get going in games like Mafia Wars, but FarmVille?

At this point though I hadn't actually played the game, but I didn't really think it could be all that complicated. I figured I should give it a shot though, just so that I could say I knew what I was talking about. And I was in for a rather big surprise. In no time, I was out of money and had no crops to plant. I have to admit, there way more to this game than I had anticipated.

I eventually managed to dig myself out of my original hole and out of the red, but I still wasn't making all that much progress. I started to think that maybe I needed to see what these guides were all about. I wasn't really expecting much, but since I hadn't done so well on my own either, I figured it was worth a shot.

So I picked up a guide called FarmVille secrets, and was pleasantly surprised by the tips I found in it. You wouldn't think there were so many ways you could screw up a virtual farm, but believe me, you can. I was still stumbling along at level 6 when I got the guide after 2 weeks of playing regularly. Now I'm the proud owner of a plantation and a level 26 Sultan of Soil. And I still look back at my guide from time to time. If you're having trouble getting into the swing of things in FarmVille, this guide is not a bad investment.
