Crop Mastery enables farmers to gain coins, experience as well as additional benefits for planting more and more crops as time passes. The achievement will be unlocked after achieving level ten, and will only work with crops planted right after it's offered to the farmer. Crop mastery is monitored in the market.The actual values within the harvest time total column come in plot-hours, if you are using a single plot and replant immediately after growth is complete, while using the FarmVille "twenty three hour day" so adjust appropriately.
